Due to our inspection being moved, we are NOT opening until 12 on Monday!!

We've just put up 24k books, so that means we're ready for a few more, right?

We will be open for trade-ins and donations on our volunteer shopping day, June 22. If you have trades/donations and you were NOT a volunteer, you will not be able to shop this day if you bring them in. If you were a volunteer then you're able to both shop and trade books!

EDIT: Due to our inspection being moved, we are NOT opening until 12 on Monday!!

We appreciate all of the help from our community that we have received over the course of this move. If you helped for 20 minutes or the whole time (shout out Bob), you have truly made a difference and helped more than you know. We knew it was going to be a lot of work and a tedious, hard job but because of the wonderful volunteers it was also such a fun time.

We want to show our appreciation by giving you an entire day to come shop before the store is open to anyone else! You all will also be receiving your goodie bags that we promised you and some store credit!

Here’s how setting up the store has been.

We set up shelves and I stand back and look at them for like 5 minutes thinking they look great there.

5 minutes later-
Me- Honey I loooove you 😅
Him- Where do you want to move them to now 😐

I’m so thankful he supports me, even when it means moving the same shelf 10x in a row

We have been so busy getting the new store ready for you guys and we would love to have you all join us for our grand reopening! It will be next Tuesday, June 23, from 10am-6pm!

We will have door prizes, fresh baked goods from The Kneady Bakery, bookish merch and officially licensed Empyrean series stickers by House Of Villainry, plants from Boo's Spellbound Sprouts, new bookmarks from Tiffany, t-shirts from a new vendor who will be announced soon, and of course BOOKS!

We are so blessed to be able to expand our selection of books to include other bookish merchandise. Let's have an amazing opening day and we hope to see you there!

I know all of the kiddos were worried about our lost Dino from the dinosaur puzzle. He’s been “on vacation” for about 6 months but I knew that he was somewhere in the bookstore. We looked high and low for those 6 months but he was nowhere to be found. I figured we had to find it when we moved or it was really gone.

Under the very last shelf we moved from the kids section, there he was! We’re so excited to have a completed dinosaur puzzle again!
