Using FaceTime in diagnostics can be extremely helpful.

I sold a movement to a guy in Arizona and the clock would only strike twice. I offered to do a FaceTime today to help him diagnose the issue.. It turns out that the rack tail got bent causing the problem. This is an example where spending 15 minutes on.the phone saved a return movement. He was delighted.

Measuring the pendulum length for Regula cuckoo movements
It is important to measure from the suspension post to the middle of the pendulum stick. It will be approximately
19.1cm or 8”, Bph 8212
23.5cm or 9” Bph 7443
28.5cm or 10” Bph 6723
40cm or 16” Bph 5616

For the most accurate measure get the Bph reading

Some of my clock repair clients prefer to have their end user customers purchase the movements themselves and then pay the repair person to install. We are pleased to be able to provide that service for Kieninger movements. Just have the customer use your name as a referral. We only ask that payment be made by Zelle or bank check.
