At The Spice Tin, Memorial Day weekend has also become a meaningful reminder of the importance of community, gratitude, and giving back.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us for our annual Operation Mend fundraiser and helped support our veterans and their families ❤️

Jan is outside serving up his famous chicken wings for our annual Operation Mend fundraiser supporting post-9/11 veterans ❤️🌶️

We are proud to once again stand alongside Ric Ryan and our amazing community to help support this incredible cause.

We’re also excited to have live music today from Tom Eising and Dave Gano while you enjoy some wings and good company 🎶

Come by, grab some wings, say hello, and spend part of your Memorial Day weekend giving back with us.

🇺🇸 Every Memorial Day weekend, one of our favorite traditions takes place right outside the doors of The Spice Tin.

This Sunday, May 24, Jan will once again fire up his famous chicken wings for our annual fundraiser benefiting Operation Mend, an incredible organization providing healing and advanced medical care to post-9/11 veterans.

Each year, we’re honored to stand alongside our friend and hometown hero, Ric Ryan, whose dedication to supporting veterans continues to inspire our community.

We’re also excited to welcome Tom Eising and Dave Gano this year for live music during the event.

What began years ago as a simple fundraiser has grown into something much more meaningful — a reminder of what community is really about:

Good food. Good people. Giving back. ❤️

This easy Greek yogurt dressing has been one of our favorite ways to brighten up summer salads lately.

✨ Creamy Italian Yogurt Dressing ✨

• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp fresh garlic
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp basil
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Splash of water or lemon juice to thin if needed
