I tell customers all the time that anyone can build an AR-15 and to give it a try. Not going to say that anymore. The symptom of this home-built AR is the usual, won't cycle. It won't cycle because it has a rifle length system on a carbine barrel. . There is no way that the builder of this could have thought it was correct
