Join Edward for an in-depth class exploring over 20 local plant varieties, and learn how traditional plant knowledge can support everyday wellness and self-sufficiency.
We’ll discuss the properties, folklore, practical uses, and preparation methods of plants such as:
- Mullein
- Yarrow
- Dandelion
- Goldenrod
- Milk Thistle
- Plantain
- Reishi Mushrooms
- White Pine
…and many more.
We’ll also cover a few surprising medicinal uses for common grocery scraps and kitchen items you may normally throw away. This class is designed to empower people with knowledge, encourage deeper connection to nature, and help you see the abundance that exists around us every day. Taught by a longtime plant medicine student and educator with over 6 years of dedicated study and teaching experience since 2021.
Please bring a notebook & pen, there will be a lot of information shared and plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.
PLEASE NOTE: This event is advance RSVP only, because each attendee will receive educational materials and curated take-home items, pre-registration is required for this class. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins for this event. Please reserve your spot online in advance (pay onsite upon arrival) so we can prepare for participants accordingly.
