meet stella ✨

this sweet girl is 9 weeks old this week, and we’ve been loving on her for about a month now. she may be little, but she has already completely stolen our hearts.

stella spends her days exploring, nibbling leaves, bouncing around the pasture, and reminding us that asking a friend to help you get the good snacks is always a perfectly reasonable life strategy. 😌

watching her discover the world one bite at a time has brought so much joy to our days here at midnight grove.

as this day comes to a close, here’s your gentle reminder: growth doesn’t always look dramatic. sometimes it’s as simple as taking the next bite, the next step, or the next small leap forward. keep going- you might be closer than you think! 💛

this is it, friends ✨

tomorrow will be our final day open as a brick-and-mortar storefront, and we’re ending this chapter with a huge closing sale from 10 am–4 pm.

throughout the shop you’ll find discounts on candles, crystals, books, tea, bar soaps, watercolor supplies, gifts, local art, and more. many of our vendors are also offering special discounts as we wrap up our time in this space. be sure to check the sale flyer for all the details!

we’ll also be selling a few fixtures, furniture, displays, shelving, lighting, and other pieces from around the shop. if you’ve ever admired something while browsing, now may be your chance to take it home.

a few quick notes:

✨ no holds on sale merchandise
✨ all sales final
✨ while supplies last

most importantly, this isn’t goodbye to midnight grove!

while our storefront is closing, you’ll still be able to find our products locally (likely in july/august- stay tuned for more information) at 7 crows, reinvintage, the grand exchange, public square marketplace (lebanon), and bits & pieces (nashville). we’ll also continue selling online, popping up at markets (we will be at the farmers market on june 6), and sharing updates here along the way!

this little shop has meant so much to us, and we’d love to see as many familiar faces as possible tomorrow. whether you come to shop, browse, or simply say hello, thank you for being part of this journey!

we’ve been holding something close to our hearts for a little while now, and it finally feels like the right time to share 🤍

we are expecting our first child early this fall!

this little life has already shifted so much for us in the most beautiful way, and with that has come a lot of reflection on what this next season should look like– for our family, our time, and the things we are building.

because of that, we’ve made the decision to close our storefront.

this space has been so much more than a shop to us. it has been a place of creativity, connection, learning, and community. it has been filled with your stories, your support, and so many small, meaningful moments that we will carry with us forever.

as many of you know, connie (nonnie) has been the heart of the shop during the week while ben and i worked our full-time jobs/ school– and she will now be stepping into a new role as childcare for our growing family. it feels like a natural and meaningful shift for all of us, even though it’s not an easy one.

this isn’t goodbye to midnight grove– just a change in how it exists.

we will still be creating and offering all of our products, just in a different way. you’ll be able to find us online and at local stockist shops here in middle tennessee so you can continue to shop with us.

we’ll be sharing more details soon, but for now we just wanted to say thank you. truly. for supporting this little dream, for walking through our doors, for taking classes, for bringing your creativity into this space, and for being part of something that meant so much to us.

we will be business as usual for the month of may! our final open day will be saturday, may 30, and we’re planning something special for it 🤍

this isn’t the end– it’s just a new chapter.
we’re so grateful you’re part of it!
