Billet aluminum velocity stacks for JD single barrels in stock. OD of the velocity stack is 4” and should allow any 4” ID filter or silicone tubing to clamp onto it. Send a PM for more details!

Been working on the duplex velocity stacks for a while, finally have a small batch in stock. Here are pics of the finished ones. Machined from 6061 billet Aluminum (not 3D printed anymore). The base velocity stack is made to stock carb size and can be bored or ported to match bored out duplex’s.

These allow you to use 4” automotive style intake tubing and pod filters on your Marvel Schebler carb.

If you’re interested send us a message! $150 each plus tax and shipping.

An update on the modular duplex intakes. After reviewing different ways to manufacture these, we're hoping to supply the adapter that mounts to carb in billet aluminum. Some design changes were needed to make it easier to machine and create a good durable part. We are currently working with air filter manufacturers so we can supply our own filters with the end product. Flow tests of prototypes should be happening soon (hopefully). Stay tuned!

A concept design to improve on our duplex velocity stack/filter adapter. The idea is that these will be modular design. The main 2-1 merge at the carburetor will act as the "base". From there many combinations of bends and straights can be added to fit your specific set up. Along with that velocity stack diameters can be swapped out for various filter sizes. Once in place, the individual parts can be epoxied together if desired. The end goal is to allow either 3D printed bends to be used, (3D printed ones would have varying cross sectional areas to maintain consistent velocities) or be able to use silicone intake tubing as well.

Planning on making a few of these to give out for testing and also to see how much interest there is in a duplex set up like this.

Trying to rush a header done a week prior to Chatham doesn’t go too bad until you get to paint… that still needs proper prep time 😂. Not super proud of the paint job but atleast it won’t rust and there’s some decent time for set up prior to the pull. A decent bump in torque should help where this is going to compete at.

Good luck at Chatham!

Final design of the IH-“M” stack is done. It now fits directly on the carb in both farmall M style chassis and Farmall H style chassis.
The choke rod on the H’s will need to be adjusted to clear the filter. Filter shown is a 4” Spectre 8162.

Stacks are $35 a piece contact us if interested!

Thank you to everyone who have bought our John Deere Duplex and single barrel velocity stacks.

Red tractors wont be left out. We're working on finalizing the design of our Farmall M velocity stack.

The stack is designed to fit the Farmall M carburetor castings. The length is being made so the same stack will fit in the Farmall M-450 chassis, and the Super H-350 chassis. These will fit a 4" Spectre model 8162 filter. Planned launched of the final stacks is within the next few weeks.

When you’ve got plenty of cordless tools you’ll typically have a decent supply of extra batteries. We 3D print single piece battery holders to mount to peg board, T-slot, or to shelving.

We’re working on a steel shelf to bring all the idividual battery holders together. This set up will be one piece that you can mount to a wall and hold up to 14 6 amp hour M18’s

We were asked several times if we had duplex carb velocity stacks. We’ve got the model complete for a stock 60 and 70 carb. This one took a few tries. This is designed to fit the same 4” Spectre filter we used on the single barrel stacks. If it wasn’t for having to Increase the bend to clear the fan shaft more a large filter could be used. Luckily though, the cross sectional area continually increases as you get further from the carb.

Another post for our John Deere velocity stacks. We were able to get a CFD Analysis done so we have a visual of what’s going on in there. The first picture with all of the arrows is a particle tracer showing how the air will flow through the stack. You can see that the air is able to enter the stack without any turbulence at the bell mouth, increasing flow. The picture on the right is a gradient showing how the velocity of the air is increasing as it travels towards the carburetor. The greens and blues are low velocity air. The orange and red is high velocity air.
With the slight bend needed to make the stack fit in the tractor the velocity is a little higher on one side. the slight straight section just before the carb helps even the velocity out some just before it enters the carb.
