Friends, where did this week go? It's a blur! But I did manage to catch a quick video that included the prettiest color combo of queen Anne's lace I've seen. Grown locally and surrounded by many other locally grown stems, including some goooooorgeous thistle! Enjoy We did!

A vintage mini from our website. She's all dressed up in our 1950's daisy & button patterned pressed glass dish, which we believe came from New Martinsville, West Virginia via the L.G. Wright Glass Company. Filled with local lilies, larkspur, bachelor's buttons, stock, and monarda; in addition to some sweet stems from our wholesaler. *we do have 1 more of these iconic blue dishes, just fyi!

Finally had an opportunity to play with the Portable Pub we picked up at an estate sale from Happy Camper Estate Sales & More ,we had so much fun making non alcoholic strawberry gimlets last night. (And the pub still has the key!). The recipe we landed on is below:
Base: 1 pint strawberries pureed with 1 cup ice, and 2 Tblspns lime juice & 2 Tblspns simple syrup.
Use the following ratio to fill your glass.
2 Base strawberry puree
1 lime
1 simple syrup
2 club soda, ginger beer, or Sprite
*I didn't have fresh mint or basil but this would be a good addition.
Much better than watching TV, we really enjoyed it!

Practicing spirals & restocking the cooler (we had sold out!) with our wrapped bouquets 😃 (with a little goofing off thrown in...) It's good to be back! Local flowers include snapdragons and Indian Summer Rudbeckia, along with daisies, pixie carnations, baby's breath and greens. Wishing you a day filled with love & gratitude Friends and all the hugs ❤️
