DME Delivery Tech
FAMILY MEDICAL GROUP – Batesville, AR 72501
Job Summary:
The DME Technician is responsible for delivering, setting up, maintaining, and repairing durable medical equipment for patients in homes or healthcare facilities. This role ensures equipment functions properly, meets safety standards, and that patients understand how to use it correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver, assemble, and demonstrate the safe use of medical equipment (e.g., oxygen concentrators, CPAP machines, wheelchairs, hospital beds).
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment.
Complete documentation for deliveries, maintenance, and patient education.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or healthcare experience preferred).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
