Welcome to Grateful Hearts Designs
As mother and daughter we have been crafting together for some time. We are so excited to be launching our business.
All signs are designed with a heat set ink so they are permanent and will arrive ready to hang.
Shop Policies
ORDERS
- To order please send us a private message
- We do accept Custom Orders, so if you have an idea but don't see anything like it, please ask!
- Items in the files are ready to ship. Average turn around time for custom orders is 1-2 weeks. We try our hardest to keep an order under the 1 week but there are times when our work schedules and families do not cooperate with our crafting schedule.
- Rush orders are available. If you need something guaranteed before the 2 weeks please let me know upon ordering. There is a 25% rush fee.
PAYMENT
- Please include an email address when placing your order so that a Paypal invoice can be sent. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours or the invoice will be cancelled without notice. Custom orders will begin once payment is received. This policy is because many of the items we sell are made specifically for you and are not able to be resold.
- All orders can be shipped or schedule a time for pickup. If shipping is selected, separate shipping cost will be applied to invoice. Item(s) will be shipped out within 48 hours once completed.
-Shipping is done through USPS. Once item is shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number.
RETURNS
- All Custom/Personalized items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Apparel items will NOT be refunded if wrong size is ordered.
- Ready Made items can be returned, if item is in same condition as received.
- Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Once item is received back to me, I will then inspect item(s) and issue a refund through Paypal.
We do share all of our projects on our page, Grateful Hearts Designs. If for any reason you do not wish to have your order shared, please let us know upon ordering.
