Resilience Award: Tri-Dee Arts

When traditional retail faced a critical decline in 2011, Summer and Travis Houlihan stepped in to save a local landmark at a crossroads. Recognizing that survival required a total evolution, they rebranded Tri Dee Arts from a utilitarian supply shop into an interactive community-centric "Third Place”, a place where people gather, linger and connect.

By pivoting to a community-centric model, the Houlihans successfully navigated big-box competition and pandemic lockdowns, proving that creative adaptation is the heart of business resilience.

Congratulations Tri-Dee Arts, our 2026 Resilience Award recipient.

Due to their multiple business and family obligations, the Houlihans were not able to join us at the Annual Awards. Today we had the pleasure of delivering this well-deserved recognition to Tri-Dee Arts
