Right now, we’re looking for a Residential Program Manager (House Manager) to help lead the daily life of our residential home — someone who is organized, spiritually grounded, compassionate, and confident providing structure and leadership in a home where healing & growth happen every day.
This is more than a job.
It’s an opportunity to walk alongside brave women who have chosen life for their babies & help create a stable, Christ-centered environment where transformation can take place.
The right person will:

This is a full-time live-in role, open to single women or married women (spouse welcome to live in the home as well).
