There is so much controversy concerning this topic on Etsy. Should you ask for feedback? Absolutely! A nice handwritten note thanking them and asking for some feedback is not a bad idea. Your doing yourself a disservice if you don’t take care of your customers and your business!

Chilling with some much needed down time. This is my healing angel that a friend of mine gave me during my recovery from breast cancer. When I look at her I instantly feel better. It has been such a crazy ride this year. I really needed to take a step back to rest and reflect. I wish each of you a very happy new year! Don’t forget to rest and take time for yourself. It’s so important.
