It was our privilege to do a HOF ring for James. He told us when his baseball team was inducted last year he was interested in getting a ring. Then we just entered the size from his son's class ring for his ring. Sadly, we weren't able to present it to him as he was taken way too soon. He will be sorely missed by all.

Thank you to Herff Jones Michigan for honoring our beloved athletic director and varsity baseball coach, James Welch, with a Hall of Fame ring. Mr. Welch was instrumental in starting Peck Athletics Hall of Fame and was posthumously inducted into the 2026 class along with his 1994 baseball teammates. Accepting the ring on his behalf are his wife, Shane, his son, Grady, and baseball coach Jennifer Kluger.
