Our latest Engraving Bar setup took us to TN Brew Works where guests kicked off their Nashville adventure with personalized leather koozies.
Each koozie was pre-engraved with the company logo ahead of the event, then guests were able to customize them further with Nashville-themed artwork or their names.
It’s always fun seeing how different everyone’s choices are. Some guests went full Nashville with cowboy hats, guitars, and skylines while others kept it simple with names and initials.
These smaller personalized touches are what make activations like this feel memorable long after the event ends.

One of our favorite recent setups was this smaller luncheon group that joined us before heading downtown for a full afternoon of events and sightseeing.
Guests created custom bandanas and bolo ties by selecting their own patterns, slides, leather details, and engraved elements before heading out into the city wearing their finished pieces.
This activation worked especially well for a smaller group because it gave everyone a fun shared experience without taking up the entire schedule.
And honestly, western accessories just belong in Nashville.

We brought our Bandana & Bolo Tie Bar downtown this week for a company celebration showcasing their beautiful new office space.
Guests were able to customize their own western-inspired accessories by selecting bandanas, slides, bolo cords, and engraved details while exploring the new space and connecting with coworkers.
One of the best things about this activation is how naturally it creates conversation. People immediately start comparing designs, helping each other pick colors, and showing off finished pieces.
The result feels less like a “station” and more like part of the event itself.
Interactive experiences just bring a different kind of energy to corporate gatherings.

Today’s trucker hat activation may have been a smaller setup at 150 guests, but it was every bit as impactful as our larger events.
Guests spent the afternoon digging through patch options, debating designs with coworkers, and building hats that felt uniquely theirs. There’s something about the patch selection process that instantly turns people into kids in a candy store.
The best compliment came afterward when guests kept stopping us all the way back to the car just to thank us for being there.
That’s the thing about interactive activations:
It’s not about the size of the crowd. It’s about creating moments people remember.
We can scale our activations for intimate groups, large conferences, trade shows, and everything in between.
