The Mount Joy "Winterfest" committee is pleased to announce an addition to the event in the form of "The Holiday Market". Applications are now open for vendors of small batch products and locally crafted items.
Space is limited as the market will be placed from Marietta Ave to Barbara Street on Main Street.
"The Holiday Market" will be a festive area where folks can purchase handcrafted wares and food goods for holiday gift giving or treat the elf gifts.
We are looking for diversity in gift categories and price points. If you are a maker, please go to the link below and apply to become a vendor.
Winterfest is brought to you by the following organizations: Rotary Club of Mount Joy, Voyage Mount Joy, Mount Joy Lions Club, Friends of Donegal, and Kiwanis International of Mount Joy. In its 26th year, it will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 1-5pm.
This event brings hundreds of folks to town for the music, food, community clubs and nonprofits, and the annual tree lighting.

Applications now available
Winterfest 2024 is adding a “Holiday Market” to the event this year. Applications are now available to local vendors of handcrafted gift wares, food, art, and jewelry.
The Market will be set up on Main Street, between Marietta Ave. and Barbara Street. The event runs from 1pm-5pm with the annual tree lighting at 5pm. Set up time will be between 11am-12:30pm.
Applicants must meet the following criteria. All applicants will be vetted with the committee selecting those that closely match the vision of a holiday market.
• A space of 10’ x 10’ will be provided for each vendor. If you have a tent, 40 lb. weights will be required on each leg of the tent. No exceptions-this can be a windy section of Main Street. No generators will be allowed. If electricity is needed, we will try to accommodate those needs.
• All merchandise must be representative of the submitted photos, with no commercially produced items.
• Each vendor will need to be set up by 12:30pm and remain set up until 5 when the event concludes. No tear downs will be allowed until that time.
• Application deadline is October 1, 2024, with notification sent out on October 15.

Additional information will be made available upon approval of your application. Upon acceptance a nonrefundable fee of $35.00 per space, with a check made payable to “The Rotary Club of Mount Joy” and mailed to 64 East Main Street, Mount Joy, PA. 17552 needs to be submitted by October 31, 2024 to confirm and reserve your space. This is a rain or shine event.
