The new page and site are finally gaining momentum, please follow for more updates as we finish up our transition to The Forest's Forge & Brew

Hey friends,
We’re Matt and Rachel Blackwell, the co-owners and dreamers behind The Forest’s Forge & Brew, and we’re thrilled to welcome you into our world.
What began as a shared love for nature, creativity, and craftsmanship has blossomed into something beyond our wildest dreams. This is a space where everything we cherish comes together in harmony. Our vision is to create a warm, inviting place that celebrates craft, nature, and community.
Here’s a little peek into what we’re building:
Handcrafted Woodworking & Artisan Pieces
Matt pours his heart into woodworking, crafting handmade creations that draw inspiration from the natural world.
Herbalism & Botanical Creations
Rachel lovingly works with herbs, tea blends, and plant allies to create offerings that nurture both body and spirit.
Nature Photography & Artwork
We capture the serene beauty of the natural world, transforming it into art that can bring a touch of nature into your home.
Future Coffee & Tea Creations
One of our dreams is to see Sun & Moon Beverage Co. flourish, offering teas and coffee crafted with care, inspired by the rhythms of nature.
The Forest’s Forge & Brew is a haven for everything we create together: art, craft, herbalism, and stories deeply rooted in the forest.
This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow this venture into something truly meaningful with your support. Thank you for being with us on this journey.
Warmly,
Matt & Rachel

After moving 8 hours away at the beginning of last year, we're thrilled to be back in the woodworking groove. With our home build underway, community engagement, and a recent merger and rebrand, we're looking forward to creating fun pieces again.

This small and simple book holder will be the first official item on the new page. (Announcement to come soon)

For our dedicated and loyal customers, we'd like to address the lack of activity on this page.

Last year was a year of big changes for the wife and I. We moved States away, changed careers, and took much needed time to focus on the family.

During our hiatus we decided to do a rebranding/merger with The Forest's Forge & Brew where I will continue to take custom orders as well as have a platform for premade products such as Tea Trays and Cutting Boards, and much more. I hope to see everyone follow the new page, we will be adding products soon as it is a slow work in progress.

I thank each and every one of you that placed orders and supported my little hobby, as well as the followers who shared my work. As always Keep Moving Forward!

A windigo is a supernatural being belonging to the spiritual traditions of Algonquian-speaking First Nations in North America. Windigos are described as powerful monsters that have a desire to kill and eat their victims. In most legends, humans transform into windigos because of their greed or weakness. Various Indigenous traditions consider windigos dangerous because of their thirst for blood and their ability to infect otherwise healthy people or communities with evil.
