Good afternoon!

Just wanted to hop on here and update everyone as I know there are numerous questions, concerns, rumors, etc.

First of all, Sullivan Leather is NOT closing. Not now, not in the near future and hopefully never if we can control that! We are simply moving locations. Unfortunately the location we were at was no longer serving us in a positive way. We made a decision that benefitted not only us as a family but our customers. This has been a decision we have been debating and praying over for months and we finally came to peace with our decision. This will allow us to be more available in the shop but also remain financially competitive with our products. With inflation, unfortunately everyone is suffering, our retailers included, so we are hoping this change will allow us to continue to stay competitive without having to raise our prices based off material and focus on craftsmanship.

Second, as some of you may know things have been changing within our family that are beneficial for our home and our community! Unfortunately, that has put a slight halt on the business and orders along with the move but I promise we are getting this worked out and organized! That being said, please remember this is a hobby, not a full time job. Our duties as husband/wife, father/mother and employees come first. All we ask is for patience, grace and prayers as we navigate these new situations!

If you have reached out regarding your orders and did not receive a response or still have questions/concerns after reading this post, please reach out again preferably via Facebook messenger. We have had issues receiving text messages and messenger will at times not notify us of messages and they will go unseen or unanswered. Wonderful cons of technology, right?!

Orders will continue to be prioritized based on when the orders were received and material needed being in stock. A lot of our retailers are having difficulties still getting shipments in or having items in stock which unfortunately reflects back on us and makes it difficult for us to finish products. We promise your order will be fulfilled!

As always, we appreciate every single one of you that has continued to support our small family business and continues being extremely patient as we work endlessly to get our new shop location organized and running again!
