It really is a small, family business! The Hose End Chamber (HEC) is made in the USA, but this short video was produced by Dale's son-in-law who lives in Brazil with the help of a non-English speaking intern.

This video comes to life through a sequence of all individual illustrations and shows an everyday life scenario if you work with farm implements, construction attachments, or industrial tools.

Do you ever wonder why your hydraulic couplers seem so finicky? Why you are able to recouple them one time with no trouble, but maybe not the next?

What actually happens the second you uncouple your hydraulic hoses and couplers from the power source (tractor, skid loader, excavator, or truck) ... it becomes a trapped system. The hydraulic oil no longer has a place to go. Throughout the day, the ambient temperature and sun’s rays touch the equipment which causes the hydraulic oil to expand in the trapped system. This causes a pressure increase in your system, and locks up your hydraulic couplers. Unhooked hydraulic couplers are now check valves, and the pressure that builds up behind them holds the couplers closed, tighter and tighter. This can cause your hydraulic cylinders to form leaks, become impossible to recouple, or even blow entirely.

This pressure buildup, known as thermal expansion, can cause very expensive damage to your very expensive equipment, and can be a serious safety hazard as well!

The ONLY solution is to prevent the problem, and now you can.

The Hose End Chamber, prevents the pressure build up from thermal expansion from temperature changes throughout the day ... even when your machinery is not in use!

So, order your Hose End Chamber now at www.HoseEndChamber.com.

Made in America for the ones who work sunup to sundown! Whether you engage in farming, ranching, operate construction equipment, or any machinery with hydraulics, the Hose End Chamber stands as an essential accessory because it is INEXPENSIVE PROTECTION for your EXPENSIVE HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT. The Hose End Chamber keeps your hydraulic attachments safer and your day moving.

Our patented product line ranges in size to fit most equipment from small, single-cylinder attachments to large, multi-cylinder attachments. To determine the size(s) you need depends on the plumbing sizes and the number of cylinders which relates to the volume of oil in your attachment(s).

***S38 HEC***

The S38 is a small hydraulic hose end chamber with a 3/8 in NPT ni**le, which can connect to your hydraulic coupler (coupler not included).
The S38 size is suitable for most compact tractor attachments or implements.

***S12 HEC***

The S12 is a small hydraulic hose end chamber with a 1/2 in NPT ni**le, which can connect to your hydraulic coupler (coupler not included).
The S12 is suitable for most single hydraulic cylinder attachments or implements, as well as case drain line couplers on hi-flow attachments or implements. The S12 is generally used on most skid steer attachments.

***L12 HEC***

The L12 is a larger hydraulic hose end chamber with a 1/2 in NPT ni**le, which can connect to your hydraulic coupler (coupler not included).
The L12 has a larger chamber capacity. (The L12 can also be used in place of the S12 when a larger capacity chamber is desired.)
The L12 is suitable for most multi-cylinder attachments or implements, as well as for most single cylinder attachments or implements which will provide an extended length of time between drain intervals. The L12 is generally used on most farm implements.
The L12 can be used with a bushing to adapt up to your 3/4″ or 1″ hi-flow couplers.

Are you already working the fields, or is it too early to get out where you live? Do you use a cultipacker to prepare your seedbed? If so, protect your cultipacker's hydraulic components (when not in use) with the Hose End Chamber.

Thermal expansion of the hydraulic fluid (caused by fluctuations in outside temperature) can cause your couplers to lock up, leaks to form, and cause your hydraulic cylinders to blow.

By attaching the Hose End Chamber to your hydraulic implements and attachments (when they are not in use), it will protect your equipment from the problems associated with thermal expansion.
