Just got this email from one of my suppliers:
"Good Afternoon,
######x no longer offers tech/phone support.
We are strictly website based now.
"
I cannot fathom why a business would refuse to answer the phone. We have made it our absolute mission to help customers ALWAYS. If you call for a line of of parts that we do not carry we will find some sort of resource to get you closer to you goal. We have sent customers to our competitors many times if they had something we could not source.
Is this a trend among other businesses?
