Policies and Procedures
Welcome to Classy Rustics Bid and Win, a series of online auctions. These posts will allow you to bid on items, determine what the item is worth to you, and express how much you are willing to spend! Every item will be sold to the highest bidder. We will offer a very large variety of items. Our variety will include the following but is not limited to.. new merchandise, grocery items, gently used merchandise, home decor, tools, sporting goods, kids toys, books, furniture, etc. There will even be “lots” of items to offer you an even bigger savings.

You must have a Classy Rustics Bid to Win number. If you need one, please text Brook (Classy Rustics assistant) at (315)237-3717 with your first and last name. You will then receive a text back with your Bid to Win number.
All purchases for the week will be added to one bill.
Bidding starts at a minimum of $1.
Starting bid will be indicated in individual photo post.
Bids increase by $1 up to $50 and by $5 thereafter.
To bid on a product you will enter your bid in the comments section on the products post. (Bid Example - If your bidding number was 000 and you want to bid $5 it will look as follows “000/$5”)
Bids will not be accepted after the time listed in the product description.
To indicate you are no longer bidding on an item please indicate so by posting “out” in the comments.
Payment and pick up/delivery/shipping arrangements of the item(s) you won must be completed within 7 days of auction end. If you do not, you forfeit your item(s).

Delivery can be arranged within 15 miles of Classy Rustics for an additional $10.
Shipping is available via the United States Postal Service at the buyers expense.
Payment methods are as follows -
Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp, and Facebook Pay
There will be no buyer's premiums applied to your total. Your total will be determined as follows -
(product amount+sales tax (8%)+shipping(if applicable)= total)
Items up for auction will be posted by 11am every Sunday. Bids will close at 10pm every Friday.
Items won will be ready for pick up by 12pm on Saturday. Items will be shipped on Wednesdays for the previous week.
Items will be able to be delivered Wednesday-Friday every week.
