Happy Sunday!!

It's beginning to look Spooky and very Fall like in the shop!! It's safe to say the full on switch to these seasons has begun.

Yesterday I was able to complete a batch of Halloween Gnomes along with a batch of Spooky Stacks. Both of them are pretty time consuming on my end with a lot of painting so I was happy to get both done by the end of the day. The Spooky Stack is just massive! It dwarfs the pumpkin stacks and makes them look small and they aren't small at all.

Today in the shop I will press forward with more Fall related items. Hopefully I will get another couple sets done of different items to get ahead of the girls for this coming week. Kristy is off again today so I will be flying solo again all day!

I'm sure we will get something listed on the website today I'm just not sure what and how many of each. I will update you folks once we come up with a game plan. Kristy will send out a push notification for whatever we do decide to list. Thanks!!

Happy Saturday!!

The shop is looking pretty cleared out this morning against the old workbench. It will clear out even more once we get all of the highland cows out in the mail today. I think Kristy and Aubri are finally catching up with me!

With the highland cows going out in the mail today all that leaves us with is the 20 pumpkin stacks that sold out this week. Aubri will be back in the shop on Monday and will get those finished up. Kristy is also off today. She has school rocks to paint all day and then is taking Kyndall to a concert tonight. I think it's Luke Bryan, but don't quote me on that I'm not exactly a music buff.

With the girls off all weekend my goal is to stock door hangers back up and get ahead of them before Monday. I have a set of spooky stacks in the floor completed and ready for assembly. After I get them assembled I will get a few boards traced up to cut this morning. We are pretty much making the full on switch to Halloween and Fall going forward!

I need to get Kristy's other new design cut this morning as well so she can play with it next time she is in the shop. She worked on her book design yesterday which is going to be different going forward. The goal is for Aubri to work her magic on the flowers behind the books. Kristy just wanted to play with one to get a feel for it!

Happy Friday!!

The three of us knocked a bunch out in the shop yesterday which sets up a huge mail day for us!! Today we will be shipping out all orange pumpkins, green pumpkins, and pumpkin stacks that were ordered over this past weekend. All local pickups for those three items are ready as well.

That just leaves us with the 15 highland cows and 20 pumpkin stacks to complete which were sold this week. Kristy will finish off the last of the highland cows today and get them all personalized. They will go out in the mail tomorrow!

Aubri is off for the next 3 days, but will be back in on Monday to work on the 20 pumpkin stacks. The stacks will go out in the mail by Wednesday at the latest.

Kristy and Aubri had lunch together yesterday and brainstormed a new door hanger design that they are going to combo on. Kristy should get it drawn up today or tomorrow and they should start production on it next week.

We are only due for a high of 82 degrees today so we will take it!! I might have to pull out the hoody and gloves to cut!! 🤣🤣

SOCIAL MEDIA

Many of you can probably tell that I haven't been posting as much lately on here. I will honestly tell you that after 10 years of building this business through social media I feel burnt out finally. Day in, day out posting endlessly multiple times per day has finally caught up to me.

I can tell you over the past year I've started to become edgy and chippy on here. Social media is a double edged sword. It can be great, but it can also drain you mentally with how easy people can criticize or give opinions in today's world. I know it's something that comes with posting on here and running a business, but things just started to become a little too much over the past year.

I even paused the template group page because I got tired of seeing the negativity, opinions, or criticism over there. I didn't have the energy to keep removing or hiding comments so the poster didn't see them.

I promise you will always get my daily post each day, but I really need to start to take a step back and make sure I continue to enjoy things out here in the shop. The funny part is the physical part of the business doesn't affect me at all, it's social media side and all the folks that want to manage our business!! 🤣🤣

Happy Thursday!!

Kristy listed 15 Highland Cows last night and they sold out instantly. She also listed 20 pumpkin stacks and there are still 9 of those left on the website for sale.

In the shop Aubri completed all of the pumpkin stacks and green pumpkins that were sold this past weekend. Kristy will personalize those today and I will work to get them packaged. Both of them will be going out in the mail tomorrow and all local pickups for them will be ready tomorrow as well.

Kristy worked on another set of highland cows yesterday and has one more set left to do to get her up to the 15 sold yesterday. She should have those completed today. Aubri will begin work today on the 25 orange pumpkins sold on Sunday.

I would say the orange pumpkins from Sunday and the highland cows sold yesterday will both be mailed out by Saturday. That will just leave us with the pumpkin stacks which Aubri will begin work on next week!

Happy Hump Day!!! 🐪🐪🐪

Today will be a big mail day and space clear out in the shop! We will be shipping all highland cows and trucks that were ordered on Sunday along with all remaining squirrels. Local pickups for all three of those items are also completed and ready to go!

That just leaves us with the 10 pumpkin stacks, 10 green pumpkins, and 25 orange pumpkins from this past weekends orders. Aubri will be knocking out the pumpkin stacks and green pumpkins today leaving her with only the orange the rest of the week.

Kristy is going to get started on the next round of highland cows today. These have not been listed yet, but she will probably get around to listing them at some point today. I think she also might list some more pumpkin stacks with the highland cows.

I will be cutting another batch of highland cows on my end and will start getting into some Halloween items hopefully today. If I don't start cutting them today I will definitely start tomorrow. We just wanted to take the time to offer some highland cows first before we get started into Halloween.

Happy Tuesday!!

Today we will call wrap up day in the shop!! Aubri is going to be working a half of a day and then she is off to her second job earlier today than usual today. Outside of working 30 hours per week here she also teaches dance. Talk about an ultra motivated 18 year old with a good head on her shoulders!

Aubri will be finishing up the last of the squirrels in the shop today. All remaining squirrels will ship out in the mail tomorrow and all local pickups for them are currently ready.

Kristy is going to be finishing off the last of the 35 highland cows before she also heads off to her second job, painting school rocks! All of the highland cows will ship out in the mail tomorrow and all local pickups for the cows are currently ready.

Kristy also got the handful of pumpkin trucks completed yesterday and they will go out in the mail as well tomorrow. That will just leave us with the 10 pumpkin stacks, 25 orange pumpkins, and 10 green pumpkins to get completed and out to you folks by Saturday at the latest.

As for me I only have one job! I'm not as much of a go getter as Kristy and Aubri are. So I will be cutting, painting, and packaging like always! I will go out and look for a second job soon so I don't feel like as much of a slacker....😛😛
