My friends are opening their consignment-based music store on Wednesday Jan 24 at 95 State St. in downtown Montpelier. Check it out!

🚨✨We are opening THIS Wednesday 1/24✨🚨
We have a LOT of instruments, all consigned by folks in our community! We have also stocked a ton of essential supplies for musicians! We will be open from 10-6 and open for business! We’re also planning a grand opening event on Saturday 1/27! Details for that coming very soon! Excited to see everyone in the community we love so much ❤️

Consignment based music store opening in Montpelier! If you have musical gear you’re no longer needing, bring it to them during the designated hours and let’s fill them right up. They will also be carrying strings and other supplies.

We are excited to announce we are open this week (1/2/24 to 1/5/24) for WALK IN CONSIGNMENTS ONLY. HOURS LIMITED to 12- 2pm ! We are hoping to have even more instruments stocked for an upcoming GRAND OPENING (date to be determined). We hope to see yall soon ❤️ please EMAIL for any questions or concerns.

Hello music friends! I’m pleased to help announce that three local music heros are starting a new music store in downtown Montpelier! Let’s support them in a big way as they help to repopulate needed services in our great city. Here’s the press release:

Announcing NAIVE MELODY INSTRUMENT EXCHANGE

Dear friends and neighbors,
Ever since the beloved local institution GuitarSam closed its doors in May of this year, there has been a void in the musical infrastructure of the town. As local musicians, we have felt the lack of a brick-and-mortar outlet for the tools of our trade most keenly. That is why we are so delighted to announce the formation of Naive Melody Instrument Exchange, a consignment based musical instrument and supply store that will be going in at 95 State Street in Montpelier!

We aim to provide new music supplies to the many talented artists and beginners in the Central Vermont area and to build a thriving consignment market for buyers and sellers alike.

We will be working behind the scenes to set up the store and stock our inventory—but all the instruments we sell will be consigned by members of the public. We are eager to see what is out there!

If you have an instrument you’d like to consign with us, send a picture and short description in email to [email protected] and we’ll get back to you.
