I was looking for something clever to hold my business cards. Who knew a "hamster porch swing" on Amazon was just what I needed! Added a few flowers and ta-da! Although I have to admit I'd like to see it in action for its intended audience! 😂

Just a sample of some of the paper flowers I've been working on this last week for the Art in the Park event on Saturday, August 22 at Riverside Gardens! Are they beginning to take over my house? Yes, they are! So, I hope you can come and take a few home with you! 😊

Completely "charmed" by this Coral Charm Peony! New flower and new paper colors and no wilting or fading. I think I'll make a few more!

"Have you made any thistles yet?" ...challenge accepted! 😁
My husband is not much of a fan of Milk Thistles as he works hard each year to clear these aggressive weeds out of our pasture since they are a real pain for the animals (in more than one way). But I think it's hard to hate something that is such a fun color and evidently they are high in anti-oxidants in human supplements! Then again, I think the horses like them better in paper form, too! What do you think?
