We are pleased to offer the remaining bits + beauties at 50% off and all sales are final.

Please note that our online shop is closed and all of the tables + displays have found new homes - we can’t wait to see them sprinkled throughout our community!

Sharing our shop with you has been an ongoing, evolving delight.

Local Confectioner Sura Ghassan of Sama Delights creates an exquisite ensemble of culinary perfections that have become incredibly beloved in our shop.

Sura writes, “Sama Delights is a culinary venture inspired by a family’s rich heritage and passion for confectionery. Rooted in Iraqi traditions, the kitchen served as a sanctuary where flavors and cultural influences intertwined. From seasonal harvests to international travels, each creation reflects a diverse culinary journey.”

Sura’s decadent, painterly delights are a perfect gift for someone sweet or a luscious act of self-love and are available in shop + online.

Amidst this season of yuletide, we are full of great joy and deep gratitude.

We are open until 5pm on Sunday, December 24th, Christmas Eve.

Then, per tradition, the shop will be closed to reopen on Tuesday, January 2nd and all online orders will ship out in the new year.

The rains are cocooning the Central Coast in coziness and the shop is a sanctuary of warmth, cheer and charm.

Amidst this, the most enchanting time of year, we have nostalgic holiday melodies caressing our speakers and our Spruce + Spice candle burning. We are pleased to provide complimentary gift wrapping, tied with seasonal sprigs, and we can’t wait to welcome you!

We are so gladdened that our White Chocolate Bar has been included in the elegant, editorial holiday gift guide!

Our signature chocolate bars are handmade in Monterey by award winning Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos and are available both in shop + online.

Concept Carmel is showcasing their gift guide in real life this Saturday, December 9th from 2-5 and we very much look forward to seeing you there!

We are so elated to introduce the ceramic work of local artist Mehr Kumar.

Mehr’s pieces are muted and timeless, seeking to imitate the simultaneous calmness and possibility of silence while embracing a sense of humanness and prioritizing organic form and imperfection.

Her vessels are food safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe and only available in shop.

We can’t wait for you to explore Mehr’s striking work!

A delicate dusting of the holiday season has graced the shop and we’ve got our Frost + Fir candle aglow, made locally by candle maker Emmaline Molloy, and available only in November and December.

The shop is a sparkle with an enchanting collection of ornaments, new ceramics and luxurious bath + body offerings.

We are really pleased to introduce a new, incredibly lovely line of mini candles, hand-poured in Minnesota.

True Hue’s “Forest Fern” candle offers notes of peppermint, moss, orchid, jasmine, spearmint, violet, sandalwood, musk, rose, fennel and eucalyptus.

These premium candles, with a soy wax blend, phthalate-free fine fragrance oils and a premium cotton wick, are available in shop + online.
