..Payment...
All orders ship out within 1-10 business days upon completed payment from Pay pal. You may request different forms of payment id you do not have a paypal account.
..Shipping...
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class shipping with Delivery conformation. Your item will be marked as shipped the day it goes out and a Delivery conformation number will be sent to you. Please allow 3-10 business days after receiving a shipping notification to receive your purchased item(s). If faster shipping is needed, please convo me and we can work out an appropriate delivery schedule for you.
..Refunds and Exchanges...
All sales are final. If you receive an item and it is broken upon arrival (within 5 days of delivered confirmation), please convo me and supply a photo of the broken item. You can ship the item back to me and I will either fix it or replace it free of charge.

Custom orders - Please allow 1-10 days for a custom order to be prepared and shipped. Custom orders will be prepared in the order that they are received. Gift Wrapping - Gift Wrapping is available free of charge. Upon purchase make an additional note to the seller if you wish to have your item gift wrapped. Jewelry will be placed into a gift box with a ribbon and bead garnish. Please specify if you would like the item wrapped for a specific occasion. Crocheted Items will be wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon unless a specific request is made. Due to variations in computer monitors, color on screen may vary. I will do my best to make sure that your experience with Annie's Treasure Chest is easy and enjoyable.
