I had to document my fireplace decor, before I take it down.
Who’s ready for Christmas?! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I can say without a doubt, 2020 did not resemble what I had pictured in my head New Year’s Eve 2019, and that’s ok! It came with a few new challenges(home schooling 4 kids 👀) and some blessings!
No matter what, this year is another year given to us from the Lord above and for that I am grateful. Bring on the Christmas music and cheer🎄

Anyone else enjoy pickling? When I was a little girl my mom would pickle all different kinds of things from the garden. My fav. Is making pickles! As a kid my mom used to make pickles, varza(it’s a type sauerkraut), gogonele(green tomoatoes), conopida(cauliflower), red bell peppers and so much more!
Now I get to share it with my kids, and they prefer home made pickles over store bought!
Do you have a fav. pickling veggie?

If anyone is wondering, I keep it simple with my pickles. Boil water add salt, vinegar. Then pack your cucumbers in the jar(easiest way is to lay the jar down and fill it with cucumbers) and add garlic and dill, pour the boiling water(once the salt has dissolved) over the cucumber, garlic and dill. Put the lid on and let it rest on your counter for 2-3 days. That’s it, enjoy!

Is it to early to start putting out my fall decor?! Lol slowly but surely I’m adding pumpkins around the house. I picked up these 2 pumpkins at .
I love when the leaves change and there is a cooler feel in air, flowers being to fade to neutral colors. I love it all! To think that God made all the seasons in his sight and every season is beaituful🙌🏻.

The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. Isaiah 40:8

This day 13 YEARS ago we said “I do” still love each other like we did on that very day. With the up’s and down’s life has thrown at us, we remained still and calm because we know God is in the center of our marriage and no matter what could happen, the super highs and the lows, God has joined us together for a purpose. “Therefor what God has joined together, let man not separate” Mark 10:9. Here’s to many more happy years!🤍🤍🤍

I love tulips! and I love that sells them for $10. My hubby grabbed the last 2 bouquets for me🖤. Also those yellow flowers are broccolini😂 I got some and put them in a cup of water and forgot about them and the next morning to my surprise, they sprouted little yellow flowers!

Hi All!!!
Whoa it’s been a minute since I have posted. How is everyone surviving the “shelter in place” order?
This is how it’s going over here. My 5 year old took some cardboard and put it on his head and arm. He said “it’s my armor, with God and my armor, no one can hurt me” 😊 Yes chicken with God, no one can hurt you.
