Another member of the farm....is Steve! He is a bronze turkey. The Bronze turkey has been one of the most popular turkey varieties for most of American history, and was recognized by the American Poultry Association in 1874.

Steve has a beautiful strut and is very vocal 🦃

Hey y’all! Hunter here, I am going to be introducing more animals we have on the farm this week. 💙

Everyone meet Pearl 🦚 he is a white eyed peacock. Did you know it takes males 2 years to mature? Pearl is currently a year and a half. We are looking forward to see what he will look like in the future!

I grew up with my Grandpa having many birds, peacocks being one breed. He would hatch them every year 💖 Dustin surprised me with Pearl a year or so ago. I always wanted them when I had a “Homestead”. They are pesky birds that like to sit high, but are very friendly. 😍
