If I am able to get it done sooner, I certainly try to!

• All items MUST be invoiced and paid for before the order is started.

•I send an invoice to your email address. It comes through PayPal but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to be able to pay it. Once it’s paid, I get a notification and then I add your cup to my queue line. These invoices are also secured by PayPal goods and services

so if there is an escalated issue, you are able to submit a claim to PayPal. I strive to have excellent customer service and I like people to have piece of mind when ordering things from online

•Two reasons I require payment upfront is 1) because I don’t generally keep cups in stock and I order them as needed, so I need to order your cup. 2) it’s custom work and hard to resell if you were to change your mind.

• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 6 hours of purchasing. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.

• By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on my page and any other social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared, or you would like it posted at a later date, please let me know.

• All shipping is done through USPS, if your item needs to be shipped please let me know at time of ordering so that shipping can be added to your invoice.

•Shipping Delays:
Due to COVID-19 there have been significant delays in shipping. Please understand that I do my best to get your products shipped to you as quickly as possible, but as soon as it is in the possession of the carrier, I am not responsible for delayed delivery times.If your product arrives damaged, please contact me and we can arrange for a claim to be filed with the carrier, the return of your damaged product to me and production of a new one to replace it.

•Most of my tumblers will come with a logo on the bottom of them starting 2021. If you do not want this on your tumbler please let me know.

• PLEASE note that all of my items are hand made. Small imperfections are to be expected. Solid painted tumblers may end up with a tiny piece of glitter in them as this is unavoidable with all the glitter in my house. Your payment of the invoice signifies your agreement to these terms.
