As many of you small business owners already know, the BOIR is a Beneficiary Ownership Information Report and is a requirement of the Federal Gov. for all Corporations and LLC’s to prevent money laundering, fraud and any other types of misuse.

Not filing can result in fines up to $500/ day and/or additional penalties so please make sure you file and stay compliant.

Please check with your local state for more information as deadlines will be dependent on the date your company was created.
