Another beautiful Memorial set this week in Mt. Vernon. It’s to memorialize Col. Ephraim Kirby (1757-1804). He was a lawyer, he served in the American Revolution and the Connecticut Legislation. He was also the first General Grand of High Priest, the General Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of the United States from 1798-1804. He fought at Bunker Hill, and was wounded 13 times during the Revolutionary War.
