We love being a part of bringing someone’s ideas to life!

Jill came in with a vision and asked if we could help create stencils for her project. Of course we could! On a canvas, with a little paint, a lot of trusting the process, and some creativity, the final outcome turned out amazing.

One of our favorite things is helping ideas become reality. Bring us your ideas and see if we can help you too!

You don’t have to homeschool alone - we are here to help! From sewing and carving to painting and more, we love helping homeschool groups bring creativity and hands-on learning together.

This homeschool co-op reached out asking if we could teach sewing ornaments, painting nativity sets, and soap carving Christmas trees. Of course, we said yes!

We love seeing students learn new skills, get creative, and have fun while making projects they can be proud of. If your homeschool group is looking for unique hands-on activities, reach out to us!

One of our favorite places to take projects is 401 Create! I found this video that I hadn’t shared yet and wanted to show all the smiles and fun we have when we visit.

This group made wooden Christmas trees, and as you can see, creativity and laughter were in full supply!

If you’re looking for a fun group of people to spend time with, THESE are it! And if you ever have some free time during you busy day, consider stopping by 401 Create to volunteer. They truly are an amazing and fun group of people to be around!

We are often asked, “Can we do ____ as a group project?” This resin flower project was one of those asks - and of course we said yes!

We picked up a few extra molds so everyone could create their own piece. Participants got to choose from a variety of flower colors and arrangements, then let their creativity take over.

What a fun and relaxing way to spend time with co-workers while making something beautiful to take home!

May’s First Fridays was such a blast! We not only had ceramics painting at our booth, but thanks to the Back Small Business Grant presented by American Express we received, we were also able to offer free water bottles that guests could decorate with stickers.

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined the fun! We love being able to provide creative opportunities for the community.

We will have another free activity available next month, so make sure to stop by and see what this grant is helping us bring to you!

It is spring, so time to clean your sewing machines!

People ask us if we maintenance sewing machines, which we have not. We typically refer to Heirloom Creations.

The Pin Cushion is a great resource if you don’t want to drive to Sioux Falls. They are right here in Mitchell is willing to do the drive, just get your machine to them.

Does your sewing machine need a cleaning or a tune-up? We're taking machines over to Heirloom Creations in Sioux Falls next Tuesday, April 21st, so bring them in by 5:30 p.m. on Monday to and we'll take them over for you and bring them back when they're done!
