I am sorry to inform all of our wonderful supporters, but it has come to my attention a complaint has been filed against Those Fudge Ladies in Michigan. I, Tammy Yoder half of TFL, had stepped away last year due to business differences and be more available to my family during a difficult time. Despite our business differences with the other half of TFL, I've kept quiet about our business partnership being dissolved. I wanted to at least take the high road and just peacefully step out. Unfortunately, after a phone call I received today says otherwise.
So...IF you have purchased any of Those Fudge Ladies Fudge anywhere since Summer of 2023, I, TAMMY YODER, am not associated, have not consented to have my name associated with the labeling of any product, business agreement, or consented use of my recipes/exclusive flavors I had made prior to the dissolving of the partnership in TFL.
If you had enjoyed some of my personal and exclusive recipes in the past know I haven't abandoned my enjoyment of making Fudge. I still take direct special orders on occasion upon request. My Fudge is not available at any event or in stores. I am terribly sorry to write this post, however I will not have my personal reputation be destroyed because of the choices someone else has made.
