THE PROS
✓ Each tile has unique color and character
✓ Creates a warm, authentic, Old World feel
✓ Extremely versatile—from coastal to Mediterranean and Spanish-style homes
✓ Can develop a beautiful, lived-in patina over time
✓ Makes a statement without feeling trendy

THE CONS
• Natural variations and imperfections are part of the look
• Porous clay requires proper sealing and maintenance
• Can stain or absorb moisture if not adequately protected
• Installation takes more care than many manufactured tiles
• Not the best choice if you want a perfectly uniform floor
