Here’s a bold Texas favorite you can crack open with them:
Spicy Cowboy Margarita (makes 1 drink)
Ingredients:

2 oz blanco or reposado tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
½ oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
2–3 fresh jalapeño slices (more for extra heat)
Ice
Lime wedge + chili salt or Tajín for rim (optional)

Directions:

Rim your glass with lime and dip into chili salt or Tajín (optional).
Fill the glass with ice.
In a shaker, add tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and jalapeño slices.
Muddle the jalapeños lightly to release the spice.
Add ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and extra jalapeño slice if desired.

This big, sturdy spatula is perfect for flipping, serving, and dishing up hearty ranch meals straight from the cast iron skillet. Built tough in our small family shop in Mingus, Texas.
Here’s a classic Chuck Wagon Breakfast Skillet you can serve with it:
Ingredients (serves 4–6):

1 lb breakfast sausage (or chorizo for extra kick)
4 medium potatoes, diced small
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped (any color)
6 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp oil or lard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Optional toppings: chopped green onions, hot sauce, or salsa

Directions:

Heat oil or lard in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat (or campfire coals).
Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.
Add diced potatoes to the same skillet. Cook 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown.
Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook another 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender and potatoes are golden.
Return the sausage to the skillet. Season everything with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
Make 6 small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook 3–5 minutes until eggs are set to your liking.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover again, and let it melt for 1–2 minutes.
Serve hot directly from the skillet using your hand-forged spatula.
