With Helium Books shutting down on May 1st, let's choose not to be sad...instead let's celebrate the impact we made together! 🎉

Over the course of the past 32 months, we have been able to:

📚 Deliver approximately 2,000 books to readers
💸 Contribute close to $800 to local libraries and causes
👷 Participate in a handful of volunteering opportunities together
🤝 Welcome 6 talented individuals to the Helium Books team
🎉 Enjoy ourselves at 26 Helium Book Club events
🎤 Record and publish over 50 episodes of the Journeymen podcast

These are no small feats and we all should be incredibly proud! We couldn't have done it without you, ❤️

Life changes when we become a parent.

It's an indescribable feeling. The love, the responsibility, the joy, the weight.

For the latest guest on Moments by Journeymen, Kim Somenske, the realization that she and her husband would be welcoming a child into the world was met with every emotion...

❌ No longer was it just about her. In fact, it was no longer about her at all. The entire focus of her life shifted to how she could be the best mother to her daughter.

Throughout the journey, seeing her daughter grow from a child into a girl and from a girl into a woman, Kim has experienced the highs, the lows, and everything inbetween. 🤔 Without question, she has learned innumerable things about parenting, but, perhaps more subtly, about life as well.
