Hey y'all I need a favor only if I deserve it though. I need your reviews. ON GOOGLE

This one lady bought a washer it broke more than once by her account it was 10 months later but my account it was over a year later when she asked for a refund. Either way. Come on?!

She went on Google and said I never got back to her but I did. She even posted screenshots that prove I got back to her.

She gave me one star and that's her prerogative but she's asking other people to give negative reviews now and that's not fair.

I greatly appreciate your help if I deserve it.
