Due to the Rainy weather in our forecast for Tomorrow Saturday we have decided to scaled down our production for both markets.

Some Things can not be forgotten,
Exactly a year ago tonight our lives changed, A lot was lost, our beloved Moonbeam Died and with her it went all our travel/love story memories.
This disaster gave me the opportunity to get closer to my sisters in law and was happy to reconnect with Mateo’s Granparents and auntie.
The flood also gave us the opportunity to explore the Commercial bakery world, so far, so good… We love our bakery space and are very thankful with The Vella Family for all the support and trust they have put on us.
It gave us the opportunity to meet amazing people that have become good friends to us. We are very appreciative of everyone who came to our house and helped us clean our mess, donate money, cleaning supplies, made food for us, to that person who left two cups of coffee from McDonald., and to all those prayers. Thank you.
You all mean the world to us.

Ironically a year after Mother Nature gave us a second round of rain. Last two pictures are from today leaving the market due to the rain/storm.

What I would tell my young self is that no matter the circumstances, the hassle, the pain, the struggles, the loneliness she will learn that all this will be part of her life journey and that in the end she will become the strongest, caring, loving woman, she could ever be. She will struggle but she will succeed.

The wait is over… our Laminated Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls are back due to popularity. It was nice to take a small break but I’m happy to be back at it. For now, we will have Sourdough croissants Cinnamon Rolls ONLY. We are skipping our Pastries for a short time but don’t worry they will be back.

It's my second summer helping at and every day I'm at the farm I learn something new.
Being a baker has been a blessing but working in the fields, with the soil and connecting with Mother Nature has brought so much peace to my mind and heart.
Harvesting Garlic has been one of my favorite task this season. For three weeks now, I have been involved in taking care of my favorite vegetable, and the greatest thing of all is that the garlic I helped to Harvest is what you will get in the sourdough loaves you will get at the market. This healthy inclusion enhances the flavor in each loaves, foccacias and biscuits.
Yumm to those tastebuds. I enjoy working the soil, creating a better and healthier way of living.
What a special surprise to find a heart shape during the clipping process.
Hands down to my Favorite Lauren For creating a great environment for herself, for being a great leader, a great Mother, a great farmer to her community and for being a good listener and a good friend.
I always look forward to my Mondays at the Farm.
