We are, as of now, still open via online only. Counting our blessings at least for that. Any of my regular customers need anything call or email the store and we can try and accommodate. We're going to get through this Milwaukee! Support your small business, support your local taverns and most of all support each other!
Due to the extremely customized nature of the products that we produce,
we urge you to approve your artwork on orders only once you are ready to
proceed to production. We will begin producing orders upon artwork approva
meaning that the full balance of the order will be billed regardless of event
cancellations or delays.
Because of the uncertainty of the effects that coronavirus will have on
events in the coming months, we recommend that our customers consider the
following options to allow their recognition programs to continue
motivation their teams:
- Remove the exact date from your award design to allow for
flexibility in your presentation date
- Host micro-ceremonies to limit travel
- Postpone spring ceremonies to summer or fall
- Consider a virtual awards ceremony or meeting
- Allow Trophy Athletic to drop ship the awards
directly to recipients
