We said Perlick was taking over Tales. Here’s the proof.
As the first-ever equipment sponsor of Tales of the Cocktail , we brought five Bartender’s Cockpit™ Mobile Bars to Tales Conference Epicenter at the Ritz — and then took over the town with our activations, hospitality collective members, and historic installs.

01 — The walkthrough. Convention grounds, HQ, and every place our equipment ended up.

02 — Our mobile ice bin prototype, first shift ever, at “Tale in the Clouds” with José Andrés' Team, Nubeluz by José Andrés and Tanqueray. Four hours at Herbsaint Bar and Restaurant. It didn’t blink.

03 — A bottle cooler from roughly 1940, still running at Napoleon House — the first bar in America to pour a Pimm’s Cup.

04 — The line outside Rick’s Cabaret for our inaugural Hospitality Collective member, Kate Gerwin’s secret pop-up. Long enough that not one of us got in. Big Respect, Kate.

05 — Another Hospitality Collective member Ryan Castelaz (watch for the announcement) of AGENCY at the Luxardo Cherry Disco, NightBloom. Packed until close.

08 — Julia 百瀬 [momose]] of k u m i k o バー組子 - we love her, and her beautiful Perlick Bar in Chicago - Here’s a photo of her doing what she does.

09 — Sofia on Julia St. One of seven New Orleans rooms where you’ll find Perlick behind the bar.

They say Larry Molinari was so good at sales, he could sell sand in the desert.

A fourth-generation Perlick family member, and co-CEO of Perlick, Larry’s dedication, relationship-building skills, and determination helped establish Perlick in many of the nation’s top hospitality accounts. A former professional football player, he brought that same tenacity, teamwork, and drive to every aspect of his work.

To honor his legacy, Perlick created the Larry Molinari Rep of the Year Award, presented annually to the independent representative group that demonstrates exceptional performance and partnership.

This year, we’re proud to recognize Squier Associates as the recipient of this award. Last month, the team joined us at Perlick HQ to celebrate alongside Perlick employees and leadership. Congratulations, Squier Associates, on this well-deserved recognition. 🎉

Perlick is pleased to announce an update to its manufacturers’ representative network.

Effective immediately, Squier Associates will expand its territory responsibilities to include Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware.

Additionally, E3 Commercial Kitchen Solutions Joshua Hill will assume responsibility for Western Connecticut.

Basketball isn’t the only big news in NYC this weekend! We are excited to welcome Market Pros to the Perlick family of commercial foodservice representatives, effective TODAY June 17th, 2026! Market Pro’s will represent Perlick across New York and New Jersey in MAFSI regions 2 & 3. Look out in Times Square above 1540 Broadway - you may see the announce there over the weekend if you’re passing by. This time, we’ve really hit the big time!

Our Milwaukee HQ was all about ex*****on as we brought emerging commercial reps in for hands-on training focused on product, installation, bar design, and beverage systems — the fundamentals built for lasting performance in real installs and operations. Factory tours and leadership sessions reinforced what sets Perlick apart: real-world application, not classroom theory.
