We needed a new oven quickly, mine had decided to work mid bake and for a baker… no bueno! Stopped in to Gulf Coast outlet and met Seth the owner, spoke to him at length about different options decided to purchase there because he’s local and he’s a small business very knowledgeable and stands behind his word and let’s support our local businesses instead of some big box store that you never are going to see the same person again, We literally walked in, had a great conversation. I’ll be honest we did leave and check around but we came right back and purchased the same stove which was delivered within the hour. Caleb was wonderful, I probably drove him a little crazy with the leveling, but he nonetheless was patient, kind , pleasant and very very respectful. There is no doubt I will buy every appliance I need from Seth and Gulf Coast outlet. If you’re in need stop by. He will take care of you 10 out of 10 no question!

If Google Reviews offered 10 Stars, Gulf Coast Outlet would get 10! What a great experience this has been. Friend of mine suggested I drive out to Milton to check this place out. She said Seth was honest and very nice to chat with. I did that yesterday and within an hour, I bought my GE fridge. I love it! Seth could have easily let me buy a more expensive one that I was interested in but after we chatted a few minutes and he educated me on some things to consider, I went with another one that was actually less expensive. If that doesn't tell you something about his character! I absolutely love my new GE, with its small lil blemish, and it looks great in my kitchen. Seth, thank you so very much for your honesty, the education, and the help today as we loaded this up. I WILL send you customers and I WILL be back for a stove in a few months!!
