This Sunday
The PORC EPIC, to Benefit Toys for Tots in Northwest Florida is an annual event that the club has hosted since 2007.
Plan to join us this Sunday Dec 12, 2021 for an EPIC Ride and Run event to benefit local children in Escambia County Florida. This is an opportunity for off-road cyclists and runners to support the efforts of the USMC Toys For Tots while enjoying an EPIC ride or run on the best trails in Northwest Florida.
The EPIC will take place on the University of West Florida's - West Campus trails and will be hosted at the Pate Road trailhead.

After experiencing his daughter go through heart surgery when she was a baby, CJ saw firsthand how important it is for families to be together while their child is in the hospital. Mark and team, not sure if y'all have seen this yet from the Team RWB Pensacola pg ... a huge thanks for the Old Glory Relay support on June 28, 2022! I'm a rider with Team RWB Fort Walton and did 24 miles of the 100 with em that day.
Old Glory Relay 2022, day 35 of the flags 44 day journey from Washington DC to The World Games in Birmingham Alabama. Covering over 3100 miles and 15 states!
Veterans Memorial Park Pensacola, 6:30 am, we headed north, to our destination, " The most patriotic town in Alabama " Andalusia.
This group of amazing and energetic Eagles from Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach and Niceville encountered heat, traffic, rain, traffic and lots of Patriotism.
Jeff Boulton from Subway showed up with Subway sandwiches, chips and delicious cookies for us all. Then he rode the first 2 legs of the bike from Grovers on Davis Hwy to the Truly Spokin' Bike shop in Milton!
Mark and company at Truly Spokin' loaned us a sag support vehicle for the day, fed us pastries and drinks, while he performed bike repairs on the fly. What a show of community support for RWB!
Well it just keeps getting better. When we arrived in Andalusia, for the last leg of Old Glory's journey for this day. Andalusia was ready with a police es**rt.
When we turned the corner in sight of the Covington Veterans Monument there was a cheering crowd of patriotic citizens, the founder of the monument, John Vick and Andalusia Mayor Earl Johnson! Mayor Johnson presented each Eagle with a city coin featuring the monument. John Vick presented RWB with a print from a Roger Powell painting of a veteran who made the ultimate sacrifice being returned to Andalusia by railcar.
This was a strenuous task that ended with an overwhelming welcome from "the most patriotic town in Alabama." We are so grateful for our active duty military, veterans, their families and supporters, for all they have done and continue to do for our great country.

Hello Biking Community, this is Noah Smith who was paralyzed in an accident 4 years ago, prior to his injury he was an avid Mountain Biker looking for every opportunity to get behind the bars and out on the trails. As with any adaptive equipment, the adapted mountain bikes are very expensive! Recently Noah had the opportunity to ride one of these bikes (pictured here) thanks to Catalyst Sports and he has been working really hard to get a grant to cover the cost of the bike and he was lucky enough to be awarded this grant and we are so grateful but it only covers about 1/3 of the cost of the bike and the money has to be used within the next couple of months, so if we don't raise enough money to cover the remaining costs then he will loose the grant money! Please help me help Noah get back on the trails and do what he loves, this injury has taken so much but let's not let it take away his ability to enjoy what he loves doing the most!!
