📢 Important Update – Payment Policy
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. Effective immediately, all orders must be paid in full upfront before production begins. Due to an increase in unclaimed and unpaid orders, this policy is necessary to ensure timely processing and continued quality service.
For customers with considered bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
This policy helps us better manage our time and resources so we can continue providing high-quality products and great service to our customers. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
