Marion Square is officially part of the Broad Reach Retail Partners portfolio.

This 123,929-square-foot shopping center has served Fairmont, West Virginia for decades—anchored by a Food Lion that has been part of the community since 1995, alongside CVS, Busy Beaver, Planet Fitness, O'Reilly Auto Parts, and a roster of long-standing local retailers and small businesses.

Sitting along the I-79 corridor near Fairmont State University, WVU Medicine, and the I-79 Technology Park, Marion Square is a true daily-needs destination for North Central West Virginia. With several spaces now available for lease, we're looking forward to welcoming the next generation of tenants to the center.
