Speed and arrow weight is not the only factor in getting more energy out of your setup.
Finding the natural rotation of your unfletched shafts, and matching the vane helical is just another way to maximize accuracy and create a more stable arrow flight.
Due to the reverse twist of our strings they will naturally clock a bareshaft to the right, maximizing the energy for all right helical fletchings.
The speed difference will be very minimal at short range but will make more of a difference at distance, as there will be less drag with the arrow shaft and the vanes working together.
Left helical arrows work great with a glue in tips, but with screw in broadheads you will risk that broadhead backing out letting your broadhead rotate freely on impact. If that happens you will lose quite a bit of energy and are more likely te get deflection.
If you are chasing perfection just like us at ABB, do your own testing and see if its worth the extra effort for your setup.
