Happy Spring to you all, we miss seeing your smiling faces! As you are likely aware we are no longer open for business. We are busy packing up, but we still have a good number of fun gifty items and home & holiday decor available at quite reasonable prices. This heatwave begs for bánh mi. Grilled marinated pork, cucumber, jalapeño, pickled carrots & daikon radish, cilantro and mint. Available Saturday and Sunday for the next few weeks. I wish we had a photo of this week’s summer soup - Chilled Indian spiced sweet corn, garnished with yogurt cilantro and lime.

Beating the heat this weekend with chilled soup and jerk chicken (Saturday and Sunday after 11). Soup is a ajo blanco, which is essentially a white gazpacho with cucumber, white grapes, garlic, toasted almonds, and yogurt.

Power was out in Milford this morning so scones will be a little later than usual (not much!). We are opening at 10 to grab and go on your holiday adventure or grab a tray and stay. And we will be serving bbq pulled pork sandwiches until we are sold out. Happy third of July everybody!

Happy Thanksgiving all! The Potager will be open Wednesday from 10-4 and Thursday 9-12 for those who pre-ordered AND for you last minute shoppers (you know who you are!). We’ll have fresh baked goodies and grab and go favorites like our house cured gravlax, local cheese, hummus, hot coffee, spiced apple cider and hostess gifts. We’ll be closed this coming weekend and will be back the following. We will be giving thanks for every one of you!
