Force One Karate are most definitely Best in the Buro!!
What I noticed and loved immediately that made Force One Karate stand out to me was, Not only did Brett teach you ... Brett also gave a small example of what it feels like to receive what he was teaching them as well . I have a Teenage Daughter that was very determined in learning all that she could the best that she could . On the flip side when it came to 1 on 1 she couldn’t stop laughing , b/c it wasn’t a time of urgency... after a few classes and Brett showing her a small taste of what it will feel like if she ever Has to use it in time of urgency/protection she was able to focus more on it could be a real situation at any given time .
Also,
To all the ladies/Teens who have not had self defense classes.....This is the # 1 place to go for them .Absolute outstanding, inviting , comfortable , treat you like family , kind of business I have met in a very long time .
