We all want great customer service provided to us. If we are in business, we also want to provide great customer service or a fantastic customer experience, to all. Of course, we should also try to make that same extraordinary effort with our families and friends.

My wife, Toni, works at the Bearclaw Cabin, up at 8,250 feet, located at the top of the Sundance ski resort. I witnessed the exceptional work they put in, so I put together a video of appreciation with a behind-the-scenes look to show some of the CRAZY stuff they have to do to provide such a great experience for the skiers during the winter and the hikers, bikers and sight-seers during the summer.

The other day, an appreciative guest left this letter of appreciation on the counter or a table. Nobody knows who left it and I assure you I had nothing to do with it. I can think of many people I know who feel the same sentiments expressed in the letter, but I do not know who it is, but wouldn't you all love all of your guests or customers to feel this way!
