As a standard, all orders are shipped USPS First Class Package. For shipments over 1 pound, shipment is automatically upgraded to Priority shipping. We pride ourselves in quality packaging. All pops are double boxed and we do our very best to ensure your pop arrives in the same condition it was sent out in. If place pre ordering items for future releases, order will ship when full order
is fulfilled. If you'd like items to ship individually, please place orders separately so we can ensure items are properly delivered. KT Toy Co was established in 2017 by collectors FOR collectors. We are a family owned and operated business, and enjoy bringing you the latest and greatest in Funko's line of Pop! Vinyl Figures together - even with the kids too! The K and T represent the first initials of our two children, and we are committed to providing the level of service we know they would be proud of! Being collectors first with a pretty extensive personal collection, we understand and appreciate the value of SECURE PACKAGING. We have personally experienced the damaged boxes and frustrations that come when a poorly packaged shipment is received, so we take great care to ensure we ship as we would like to receive. We specialize in providing the more sought after pre-orders and secure pre-order inventory early, allowing our customers to access those products and secure current pricing. For pre order sales, we ship within 2 business days of the pre-ordered items arriving at our facility. We are always researching and reviewing item trends through a number of outlets we are lucky to work with, and if there is anything in particular our customers are looking for we are happy to try and secure that for them.
