Current WIP: "Whispers in the Wind" shawl by Naomi Grace

I really loved this red orange color and have been hard on myself when I realized the pattern called for a main color and secondary color, so I'm hoping my single color shawl will look just as beautiful!

I've been MIA for too long🙊. I'm back and working on a shawl. Visited a local yarn shop yesterday and had the most pleasant, wonderful experience searching for and purchasing this gorgeous Malabrigo yarn! 😍

The slouchy beany is complete and he loves it! It took 2 tries, as the first one was way too big. But I'm glad things worked out and he still has cold days left to enjoy wearing it! 😀

And happy Saturday from the snowy VA! We (the pup and I) are knitting a K1P1 rib for the brim of Michael Trainum's new slouchy beany! Stay tuned for the finished product...arriving later this weekend!

I have finished my trial version of the messy bun hat! It's a tad loose and a little long, so the next version will be slightly different (and my own pattern). But I must say, it's kind of awesome to have a messy bun hat!
